On October 15, collectible digital cards will be issued in the form of tokens on the blockchain with images of football club players. The parameters of each card correspond to the success of a football player in real life.

Sorare CEO Nicholas Julia said that his company's mission is to create a blockchain game that includes 10 of the world's leading football leagues. The project claims that Russia is the third largest market for them, while the aggregate client base worldwide is 40,000 users.

Zenit CEO Alexander Medvedev hopes that cooperation with Sorare will contribute to better coverage of the club and help attract new fans abroad, primarily from Asia and America.

In February FC Spartak-Moscow joined the Sorare platform.
